Syarat Pekerjaan
Restaurant Manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a restaurant
- Strong understanding management of COGS and inventory management
- Proven ability to drive sales and implement upselling strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision- making abilities
Cook
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a cook
- Skilled in Nusantara, Western, and Dutch cuisine
- Able to maintain consistency in food taste and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Server
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or food service
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly attitude
- Strong ability to upsell menu items effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowldge of menu items and ingredients to assist guests
Steward
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a steward or in a similar role
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on cleanliness
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures for kitchen and dining areas
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
- Responsible and reliable personality
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
