OnBoard Systech @onboard.crew.app is an online platform for maritime crew recruitment, development and management. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Singapore, we have an established base in the Indonesian market and will be expanding through the rest of Southeast Asia.
Our app-based interface enables seafarers to manage their documents, connect to communities, and build their seafaring career, while our web-based interface gives companies an easy avenue to search, sort and recruit directly, optimizing their crewing functions.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform user due diligence to verify customer identities
- Review and analyze customer documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update customer records in the internal database
- Collaborate with internal teams to address KYC-related issues and provide necessary documentation
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Assist in the development and improvement of KYC policies and procedures
- Ensure timely completion of KYC reviews
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated a bachelor degree in any field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to regulatory environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn compliance-related software tools
